These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AST Talent Design Partners website at asttalentdesignpartners.com (the "Site") and any interactions initiated through it. By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
AST Talent Design Partners ("AST," "we," "our," or "us") provides talent acquisition consulting, talent systems design, career counseling, and executive advisory services. The Site itself is informational; it is not a platform for transactions or the delivery of advisory services.
Any paid engagement with AST is governed by a separate written engagement letter or statement of work signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an engagement letter, the engagement letter controls for that engagement.
Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Submitting the contact form or emailing AST does not by itself create a consulting, fiduciary, attorney-client, or other formal relationship. A relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement.
All content on this Site — including text, logos, graphics, frameworks, methodologies, and the visual design — is owned by AST Talent Design Partners or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for non-commercial, personal reference. Any reproduction, republication, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

Information submitted through the public contact form should not be treated as confidential. For sensitive matters, please use direct email or wait for a signed engagement letter, which will specify the confidentiality terms governing the engagement.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. AST does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Site and any content referenced on it are provided "as is" and "as available." AST makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific hiring, retention, career, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AST Talent Design Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AST's total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid (if any) for services rendered in connection with the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AST Talent Design Partners, its founder, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AST Talent Design Partners maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
